Facebook Like Smiley

This summer has been pretty crazy, but I had no idea that it would be so wild that I would miss the addition of the new Facebook LIKE smiley to Facebook chat! A lot of people who are members of our Facebook page have been using this new emoticon for a while now, and so let's have a look at the Facebook like smiley and analyse its potential uses!

This is basically what the entire 600,000,000 userbase of Facebook has been waiting for – a way to show that they like their friends wall posts without having to actually click the LIKE button! One of the weirdest things about Facebook has been for a long time that they don't include a 'dislike' button, but anyway...you can now use the (y) symbol in your chats to show how cool you think someone is...and perhaps use the Facebook shark smiley if you think someone deserves to be eaten!

The Facebook like smiley was added in August 2011 – and yet thousands (perhaps millions?) of chat fans on Facebook STILL don't know about it – maybe it's time that you helped your friends out and told them about it?
